Grand Ballroom

Lancaster Showroom

In this dramatic showroom, up to 1,600 attendees will be awed by a tiered plan with clear sight lines to a Broadway style 55-foot stage. This large and versatile Lancaster event center is complete with theatrical lighting, sound and even private dressing rooms. Every event, whether it's a 600-person seminar or a 450-person wedding, is considered a professional production.  

The Expo Center

This is our largest event area with 23,450 square feet, space for 175 standard booths, ground level loading with multiple overhead doors and a newly installed HVAC system and lighting. The Expo Center is diverse enough and equipped to handle a theater-style set up for 3,000 or a banquet for 2,000 people. Home to Lancaster County's biggest and best events.

All of our conference facilities are equipped to handle any of your audio-visual needs with capabilities that include internet hook ups, video playback systems, overhead projectors and P/A systems, large-screen front and rear projection systems, professional taping services, teleconferencing and video-conferencing. We are nestled on 220 lovely landscaped acres which include an 18 hole PGA golf course and unique outdoor venues..
