The Full Circle Process...

Our process is based on the principles of highly-effective Project Management and relies on a holistic and systematic approach with stringent controls, checks and balances, measurable milestones, and critical reporting guidelines. We use a highly participatory approach to work with your leadership to both develop and implement a Solution Design which effectively aligns all aspects of your business to the final solution strategy.

Discovery & Analysis...Working closely with executives and key personnel, our analysts clarify the client’s needs and define the outcomes to achieve. When a feasibility and benefit/cost study justifies the project, the Design & Solution Phase is initiated.

Design & Solution...A recommended solution is designed which meets the client’s criteria of success and project objectives. The project’s vision, objectives, scope, milestones, budget and deliverables are jointly established.

Project Plan & Execution...After the solution has been agreed upon and the project is authorized, a project management plan is developed: scope, schedule, budget, communication, risk, assumptions, and quality control plans. The work and activities are executed according to plan.

Monitor & Control...The Project Manager implements the following standard management control processes, ensuring project success: Schedule, Cost, Scope, Issues, Resource, Quality, and Communications.

Project Closeout...A checklist of activities are executed which verifies all of the project completion criteria have been met.  The project is formally closed only when all activities identified in the Project Closure Report have been completed and the client team has signed off on every point.
