Ziplining Fun for All Ages!
A Zip Line Canopy Tour is a series of cables and platforms that take you on an exhilarating tour through forests and wildlife. Canopy Tours were originally created to study different plant life and trees. Now it has become much more about the exciting "ziplining" experience, however, we still try and show the forest and wildlife from a perspective you'll never forget!
As one of the most fun and unique "things to do", the Refreshing Canopy Ziplines are a top attraction in Lancaster County, PA. Our tours are kid-friendly and great for individuals, families and groups of all ages. Your experience will be refreshing, exhilarating and even challenging at times. Participants are harnessed to a pulley that rides the cable and will "zip" from platform to platform through the "canopy" of trees through which the course is built. We have two courses to choose from, both providing a refreshing aspect of the forest and wildlife in beautiful Lancaster PA. Check out both our courses for a unique experience that you won't soon forget.
Challenge Adventure Tour
The Challenge Adventure Course is our original tour, in operation since Spring 2010. This course combines the thrill of ziplining with the challenge (both physical and mental) of High Adventure Obstacles. Starting up a flight of stairs you quickly elevate from a mere 15 feet off the ground to 35 in one zip line. You will then have the option to choose from 9 Challenging Adventure elements. (i.e. climb across a cargo net, balance across the "wobbly log", swing the "Monkey Vines") all 35-45 ft. in the air. This course uses a new technology called a "continuous belay system" which helps ensure that participants are safe at all times. If you don't want as much of a challenge, feel free to walk across our 70 ft. "cat walk" bridge instead, skipping the challenge elements and taking you to the next part of the course. You then continue on through 4 more zip lines extending to 60 feet off the ground and zipping over our pond.
This course meets/exceeds all safety standards set by PA Dept of Agriculture Rides and Measurements Bureau and provides fun for children and adults alike, however there are some restrictions. Individual riders must be at least 5 years old, have a height of at least 48 inches, weigh between 60 lbs. and 280 lbs.*, and be of at least moderate physical health. Children that are at least 5 years old that are under the height or weight restrictions may ride tandem with an adult, provided a combined weight of at least 140 lbs. and no more than 280 lbs.*

Aerial Excursion Tour

The Tour will start with a short hike to the entrance of the course. Then you can traverse up our sky bridge to enter into the Canopy of the trees. The first zip line is 500 ft., and after that the lines vary from 300 to 800 ft. with various pitches and running speeds, with a total of 7 zip lines. This course will give you an unforgettable experience. You will also enjoy 3 Sky bridges transferring you from platform to platform in the middle of our course.
